I'm The Villainess, So I'm Taming The Final Boss - Absolutely love the plot twists so far. MC gets reincarnated into a side character who dies to the final boss, so uses her wits to make him fall in love with her instead.

Do It Yourself! - Slice of Life about a DIY club trying to gain members.

I've Somehow Gotten Stronger from When I Improved My Farm-Related Skills - Pleasant spin on the fantasy trope. MC seems overpowered, but bosses seem to be scaling with his strength, so it's not boring.

Akiba MaidWar - This one blew my brain. Maid gangs and tons of violence.

Reincarnated As A Sword - I like this spin on the Isekai genre. Guy gets reincarnated as an intelligent sword, uses his newfound existence to help a catgirl slave escape and get stronger while keeping her freedom.

Management of a Novice Alchemist - It's not every day I see a slice of life fantasy anime with action, but when I do, I enjoy it.
