TO MOVE THE NAVIGATOR 

Its weird because I've done it before lmao.

it feels like it wants to just stayyy in the spot it was in. its all comfy. BUT IM NOT go somewhere for the life of you.  

I'm just wondering rn "how the absolute F was I able to move this before??"

I mean technically it's not necessary and doesn't effect the way I want my page at all buttt I feel the giant urge to know this information.

and I've searched everywhereee(probably) WEBSITES, YOUTUBES, CSS PAGES, REDDIT, BINGGGG  bro do you know how desperate I would have to be to use Bing

I have found addy's faster than this ( T - T )

I feel like it doesn't want me to move it a tinyyy bit to the side. and I get that...boundary's and all... BUT NO MOVE!! 

Actually scratch that! It does, but I'm going to forget the 3 hours I spent trying to find this information and finish my page :D
