any advice on hair???

hiiiii so i have curly hair that is like rlly frizzy and i cannot get it to lie flat for doing any sort of bangs!!!! does anyone have any advice on how to get it to stay in place?????? hairspray and gel rnt working D: should i just get a wig or something??? halpppp <3
