The night gives way to morning
But where did the night go?
It still exists if you are still there
Waiting, waning only to reappear tonight
We cast ourselves in the strongest light
Yet life lives true in the shadows
We run faster towards everything
While nothingness chases us all
One day soon we’ll be reunited
With all and all with none
We’ve seen the end painted in the beginning
We’ve made our own fatal flaw
