blog entry #10: expectations

Thinking of a good topic to make a blog entry out of sounds easier said than done. I've been contemplating here for the past half hour on what I should write as a blog entry. Having several ideas and not being able to choose one, or having no ideas and nothing is coming up to your mind as fast as you want it to come, are the situations I am in when vising SpaceHey at a random time of the week. Granted I have a Twitter account where I dumb my stupid short ramblings reside along with the often shown shitposts. However, Twitter has a character limit of 280, so you're mostly expecting short ass blurbs which a majority of the users on the platform decide to ignore that. They really believe that you'll read an over ten tweet long thread of a nonsensical maundering... or at least I wont read something that long on Twitter cause it's usually someone carping about something pointless. I will be honest here and state that I am somewhat being a hypocrite here, since I've at least done the exact action I described earlier once or twice. I've deleted those long threads whenever I come across them for the reason that no one literally cares about what a little over fifty followers account is trying to prove, and that I cringed at what I said, even if it's a couple of months old. Now the difference on SpaceHey is that I can construct a whole ass novel if I wanted to. With that being said, it's reasonable to expect long paragraphs from random people. Even if it's user-base that latterly reached over 550k, (I don't believe that's even the active users being mentioned), contrasts to other larger social media platform with their massive user-bases, it's still mesmerizing to read random blog entries, no matter the length. Something that I believe made the earlier days of social media more "magical". Well I guess I just found out what i should write about for today's blog topic. I doubt anyone will genuinely read this, but who knows, it's the fucking internet after all. :P
