So, question:

Does anyone here still use DeviantArt?

Once again, I know it's the nostalgia glasses, but back in the day, DA was a big part of my life; as much as old school MySpace, DA was a go-to for meeting like-minded individuals, talking writing and art (although even back in the day, the writing community was definitely back seat compared to the art users). And, of course, as time marched on, I kind of fell away from it, as the FB trap took hold.

I've been in and out periodically, but not really in any solid capacity. But I tried to make a concerted effort last year to jump back in.

That didn't really go very far, of course. Part of the problem is, just about all the friends I had back then have left. Dead accounts, years inactive, all that, but the bulk of them were gone. But I soldiered on, posted some stuff, but it didn't get a lot of attention (which is fine). But I'm really not a big fan of the current layout. I got my reasons, but it just doesn't feel... right? I dunno.

But anyway, I looked up some reviews, and they're... scathing, to say the least. I knew the mobile app was getting a lot of hate, but the actual website itself was catching a lot of flak for the admins being unhelpful and belligerent, bullying, and even some theft.

So, I guess my question is, does anyone around here still use DA, and is it worth sticking it with? I didn't expect it to be just like it used to be, but it sounds like it's really taken a nosedive. Can anyone confirm that?
