woah busy day today

first of all i woke up at 6am unwillingly so im really tired rn and its only 9:45pm rip so that was great. then the attempts for tickets came on. iron maiden presale at 9am so got up and got ready cause heading out after the tickets. anxiety THRU THE ROOF but thats just me lmfao its great. passed out when i got ls dunes tickets cause of it honestly i need to get another therapist cause my old one ghosted me but thats a story for another time. 9am strolls around, i get on livenation which takes me to ticketmaster, get standing tickets HELL YEA and it gets to paying. the problem... i had to use my dads paypal and he wasnt home :( and obvs it just HAD to verify it (no wonder the tickets were £160 altogether jeez) so mum said to try the bank details cause they were already saved on his ticketmaster. THEY WANTED VERIFICATION TOO. so i panicked and cancelled that transaction, and instead of taking me back to the payment page it RELEASES MY MF TICKETS!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!! so im already fuming so i go back on. no standing left. i cry inside, but mum said i should wait a couple min to let my old tickets go back into the system. i do that and luckily i get standing again so im HAPPY and we managed to get a hold of my dad to verify the paypal. so i got that through and i am excited asf i heard they put on amazing live shows. were halfway there. blink-182 presale at 10am. now this is the scary one cause blink is already really popular as is and toms back in the band so its even more popular. a queue was started before 10am and its presale so thats when u know its gonna b hard. 10am rolls around, im number 2100 in the queue or something and my mum and sister are in the 3000-4000s, so not terrible but also not great. i get through to ticketmaster and i click to get standing. none available :/ but then i click on best available and its level 0 seating so pretty much the seats at the back of the pit. i was like ooo not too bad but sister wasnt having it. she wants standing. so i go back on the standing and keep going at it, to keep things short we never got it :,(. personally i think we shouldve got the seated ones then tried for pit for general sale so we would still have tickets regardless cause better being there seated than not at all and if we got the standing ones just sell the seats, but obvs that didnt happen. now just hoping and praying that general sale goes well cause i REALLY wanna see blink. even if i get tickets i hope they do another date cause it seems like its gonna sell FAST tbf i think they shouldve went to bellahouston instead purely for capacity purposes but ah well. 

after the heartbreak in the morning i got to go to edinburgh with beth, eddie and jack. i had a great time and i hope they did too. we spent a long time in hmv and other music shops and i got 5 cds!! (weezer green, asking alexandria see whats on the inside, iron maiden number of the beast, blink 182 self titled and FRANK IERO AND TFV BARRIERS!!!! - ive never seen that one in a shop before so hella excited when i saw it) i heard good things about asking alexandria so i bought cd and went in completely blind cause idk i cant seem to listen to new artists or music through spotify cause its too easy to just switch it off, but i tend to enjoy new stuff more when i put it on while im getting ready for school, tidying my room etc. ive got the cd on as i type this and im LOVING IT so far, the singer has a really nice voice, like its not too jarring its nice and it seems consistent :) anyway thats me going on another tangent, back to what i was saying. we took eddie to damaged society for the first time today and he got his first mcr shirt :,) welcome to the real world eddie mcr is god. he got the pinky coloured black parade shirt. good choice considering tbp his fav album rn. also buddy holly by weezer was playing while we were in there so living my best life. we all played pac man in hmv honestly thats my fav thing in edinburgh its great i could spend all day on it and not get bored. also you know its been a good day when ur almost asleep on the way home. had a great time.

well after the day i had im home now, in my teddy bear onesie typing away on here. once im done with this i think im gonna tidy my room up WAIT i need to check turnip prices on animal crossing first!!!! need to not forget that already made that mistake and now i have spoiled turnips :/ gonna tidy my room first then do that cause i will 100% spend far too long on there and not get round to tidying my room. tomorrow i might pop down to the black cat for a wee chat to val (she got blink tickets im so jealous but she got ovo fans presale so hers was yesterday) she makes a damn good oat milk cappuccino so thats an added bonus. then i got work after and im full night so ill be there till at least 10pm :( ill try n not forget to write up on here though but dont count on it!!!

its so funny i type on here like im talking to someone but i had a look and literally nobody has read these. it doesnt matter anyway this is just like a little journal for me now. its nice being able to type away on here and just enthuse about everything you enjoy without getting judged or anything so i like this. will probably keep at it bfor a while im really liking this its great fun.

well thats me on my last words for the day. im gonna hopefully get a great nights sleep so i can have a even greater day tomorrow!!

also if anyone does see this pls comment i wanna chat to more people on here!!! that would be awesome.
