Art and finding a job

Recently I've been on the search for jobs. I'm not making a whole lot right now, so it's like.. Yeah. I'm certified in multiple adobe programs, and yet I don't have access to any of them. It's kind of getting frustrated, but I guess I can't expect too much from just starting out.

On that note, I've been thinking about opening up commissions for my art. I'm also starting an Etsy, but thats a little later down the line.
Would any of you commission me?
