I think my gf is not interested anymore

  I dont think my GF isn't interested in me anymore, she always doesn't want me around her anymore. She would still joke around and talk but she never wants me around she always gets mad and tells me to go away. If I try and hug her or try and hold hands she would always refuse. Every time I say that I love her before I leave she doesn't say it back.

  I'm starting to grow tired of it and I feel like she doesn't feel the same after last year, I always do something to make her mad when I barely do anything. I've stopped annoying her yet she keeps yelling at me, my friends are telling me to leave her but I don't have the heart to do it because I'm still in love.

Should I talk to her about this or should I just leave?
