I won't be doing this everyday, but if a song comes to mind and I think of this site I'll hit you all up!
Today's song of the day is:
Ten Speed (Of God's Blood And Burial) by Coheed And Cambria
This song has been in my head for a couple of days.. I recently came back to Coheed some month ago maybe? They've left me hooked. They're SO GOOD!! Most people call them emo bc of their pop-punk sound but I do see them more with a prog rock sound mixed with that pop-punk.
The song is about "The Writing Writer", the fictitious author of The Amory Wars, after having a mental breakdown from his ten-speed bicycle being stolen. it reappears to him in a vision as a possessed version of itself (Ten-Speed).

Ten Speed tries to convince the Writing Writer that the only way he
will find happiness is by killing Ambellina, the love interest of
Claudio Kilgannon, in The Amory Wars. The Writer agrees and enters his own story to ensure Ambellina will die.
All in All, it is a odd song for what it's about, but an awesome listen! I'll give it a 8.5/10.
