Mairimashita season 3 episode 1 came out woooo

It's uhhh...a little more exaggerated than I remember the first 2 seasons being. Also for some reason they changed the designs a bit. Whatever.

It's a good anime, it goes from deep and depressing to absolute insanity really quickly, but flows in a way that you can still clearly understand the plot. I like how they kept elements from the original season: like Kerolli being a dem doll (J-pop singer), the blonde girl being a creepy stalker, and Iruma (the main character) desperately trying to fit in, but failing. Especially after the events in season 2 where he saved a theme park from some demon thing idk I haven't re-watched that season yet.

There's also this new character, who I don't remember the name so I'll just call her "Knock off Spindel"; who is sorta like a replacement tutor because the original is useless at his job (honestly, Robin-Sensei is now one of my favorite characters now; I swear he's high on something.) Basically one of the classes was lacking behind so they called in some random teachers to help them rank up (which in this world is like grades.) Knock off Spindel is like some 11 year old who feeds of suffering and makes liking kawaii things her only personality trait (then again her total screen time in the first episode is like 4 minuets). She basically treated her 2 students like servants like carrying this throne for her and making them paint doodles all over some wall (the more I type this, the more I realize how much of a Psychopath she is...) and then she made them dress up in these over the top pastel fluffy dresses; and what makes this even funnier is the little skit at the end after the credits where "guy-i-don't-remember-the-name-off-but-it's-the-guy-who's-always-levitating" is trying to figure out how to put the dress on, while Iruma had already figured it out and spends the next 15 seconds trying to explain that he isn't a femboy who constantly cross-dresses, but fails.

Something I like about this show is how they portray emotions. It's a lot of over the top visuals, but it works with the vibe of the anime. The best example of this is when Balam-Sensei learns that Iruma is human because Iruma accidentally told him; and the expression he makes after realizing he basically just made a death wish (demons eat humans) is just perfect. In my opinion, it's the best incarnation of the whole "trapped in another world" trend that's spreading like the common cold, and is much better than My Hero Academia (for starters there isn't mineta...). My only nitpicks is that the battle scenes in the intro are still yet to happen, there's not enough death or swearing and there's this animation error in the season 1 intro that I seem to be the only one to spot it.

So yea, it's a good anime to watch after a long day of work/school.
