Whitelighter, witch, and vampire, oh my! (Charmed)

In the fourth season of Charmed, Episode 18, we learned that vampires had attempted to overthrow the Source, in their failure were punished. Forced into exile until a new Source of All Evil is announced, legions of vampires ruled by the Vampire Queen hope to someday to return to the Underworld in all of their glory. 

Decades later, Cole, the new Source of All Evil, is met by one of the Vampire Queen's men who asks for amnesty in exchange for the vampires' loyalty. But Cole forcefully declines the offer, which sets off a chain of events that lead to whitelighter & witch, Paige Matthews being attacked by bats sent by the Vampire Queen. 

Rebuked, the Vampire Queen hopes to restore her clan's rightful place in the Underworld with Power of Three starting with Paige. 

After being attacked, Paige becomes a vampire herself. 

Will the power of three turned her back into the witch and whitelighter she was before or will the Power of Three succumb to the dark side?
