they take these actually cool unique homes and landmarks and turn them into like extremely ugly modern homes that are trying to look like bad rich peoples homes
its like all white with 2 fake plants and marble counter tops, and the home before would have like these beautiful homemade furniture and decorations that are antique and irreplicable
and the home designer's taste is so terrible she but the books BACKWARDS SO THE HOUSE WOULD LOOK NEUTRAL WTF

i recently found out about people putting their books backwards on the shelves to make the house more neutral and marketable/appealing and i don't get TO WHOM is it more pleasing like that... it's incomprehensible to me how that's a conclusion people come to
