DON'T:

-Ask what our trauma is! that makes us very uncomfortable. Plus it's none of your business

-Ask if a certain alter can front! We can't control who fronts

-Ask for the host if they aren't fronting. They're probably busy or going through a lot so give them time and they'll come back when they're ready

-Ask "Who's the evil alter?" "Will this alter hurt me?" etc. We're not evil. We won't hurt you. That's not how this works.

-Purposefully trigger a certain alter to the front just because you wanna talk to them. It makes us uncomfortable and upsets us 

DO:

-keep in mind, boundaries!! If we say we're uncomfortable take that into mind. Respect that. If we have to tell you to stop several times we'll probably block you.

-feel free to ask any questions as long as they aren't too personal or inappropriate!

-be patient and work with us! we can't control what's going on and just simply being patient does a lot.

-respect our triggers! If we ask you to stop talking about something because it's triggering then please listen!! 

-keep in mind and respect that we can't control who or alters are!!
