The Doodler (serial killer)

This is a small thing I made for a class for 10th grade. 

 The Doodler, also called the Black Doodler, is a serial killer in San Francisco that would sketch his victims before he would kill them by stabbing. He is still unidentified but there have sketches of what he might look like. There have only been 5 confirmed cases for the Doodler but there could’ve been up to 14. He was active from the years of January 1974- September 1975. The Doodler would target Gay white men. So he would go to gay bars and sketch a portrait of his victim (the person he was targeting). He would use the portrait to break the ice and a way to charm the people. They would end up leaving the club and go to a more secluded area. He would then proceed to stab the victim to death. Only three of the victims would survive. That is how we ended up getting a sketch. But unfortunately no one would ever testify because that would mean they would have to come out the closet and being shown to everyone as gay. It was a dangerous time back then, even in San Francisco. There were still a lot of violence against people part of the LGBT. So the police could never get any information and really build a case. The scary fact is that he could still be alive to this day. He was never caught and he could possibly still be around. It is said though he stop killing in 1975 after his last victim was found. But he still deserves the time for all of it. There was a sketch from 2018, after 45 years, and it predicts what he might look like in modern time. But the police have offered $100,000 for any information that would lead to The Doodlers arrest. But there was nothing to this day.
