Im contemplating sewerslide (not actually)

Dude how tf do i tell my dad and step mum i age regress? They know that my mum caused me a lot of trauma but idk how they will respondd. I start therapy again today (its 12 AM sep 26 in texas) at 4 PM and i think i should talk about it with my therapist but tbh im not even sure if what i do could be counted as age regression (I mainly just watch cartoons, color in coloring books, read kids books and play with toys) but idk what to do and im so stressed about school too, specifically reading, my reading teacher sucks she doesnt do anything she just gives us assignments without even explaining them but please if you have any advice that might help then please message me or comment (preferably message me)
