I don't tarot read myself (even though I bought a deck with the intention of doing so, I'm lazy :p) but I think it's just a matter of becoming familiar with the meanings of each of the tarot cards, then being able to bring your own interpretation to the table of what the cards mean in relation to a situation when you do a reading
