college is kicking my ass rn holy fuck

idek what to complain abt i just finished the 2nd week of classes (1st week of ACTUAL classes bcs the freshmen only came in recently) and i already feel like my brain is melting. every single semester i tell myself tht i'll take care of my mental health and won't let school affect it and every single semester i fail. a friend of mine is trying to help me get access to a psychologist (i have to do it without my parents knowing abt it) but tbh i don't even want it @ this point just let me crash and burn
