You need to use the img tag, like this (I removed the brackets because otherwise it'd execute the code):
img src="https://i.imgur.com/5tSBLBQ.jpeg" alt="Cat Council"
So the src is the link to the image, and the alt is the text that will display if the image fails to load. I'm not even certain that you need the alt part, that's just what the W3Schools site says on the img tag page. Hope this helps!

also they're from glitter graphics if that adds anything
