Finch

Okay does anyone else have this app called finch if you don't you need to get it. it's a self-care app where you take care of a little bird you can name it give it pronouns and grow it up. It has many things like it has breathing exersizes for panic and anxiety attacks, It has a helpline, You can dress up the bird, It has no adds, and I totally recomend it.
