update on the gas station murders

hey. i appreciate everyone who tried to look into this further with me. appearantly, the police concluded lilian has died from a stroke right after committing both murders.

this is beyond strange. was it truly lilian who killed them, then? did the stress somehow induce the stroke? and what about that note? i tried comparing that face-like doodle to any occult type symbols and it's no match.

let's continue to look into this. i really think there is something larger at play here.
