Mental Health update (TW: Self-Harm)

Haven't posted in a while, sorry about that!

Just thought I would give you guys an update on me. Health wise, I'm back up there. Mentality wise, I'm still down. Sadly, I relapsed into self-harm. I made a slit into the back of my hand and hit myself a couple of times. Still not proud. I'm gonna keep working on myself. Hopefully I get to a point where I don't have to rely on this stuff anymore.

Anyways, that's enough of my woes and whines. I'll see you guys later!
