34/ Amtrak sucks!

Didn't mean to take so long between updates!

My birthday was on the 11th! Hi! Hello! I'm 34, now! :crown:

I was supposed to leave Minneapolis 2 days ago, but the workers went on strike! That's great, though. I hope the workers get EVERYTHING they demand. In the meantime, Amtrak is trash, and I';m glad I found that out before I got on!

I called them about my cancelled train to get a new train. The csr was surprised that I didn't get on my original CANCELLED train, and said I need to call Amtrak to get  a refund or reset... and I'm wondering why the automated system didn't connect me to costumer service, and if this isn't costumer service who am I talking to? The person transfers me to costumer relations, and it hung up while I'm on hold!

I emailed them, requesting a refund after that, because that's BEYOND ridiculous!
