ok so i decided to try and figure out how to add a float element to a youtube embed which to the best of my knowledge isn't possible except to tell the site to put the embed left right up or down but animating is completely impossible but in that search i came across this video
so now i can put a border on a video and resize it in fact i've done both to this one just to prove the point (sorry it's so small guess you'll have to watch it over on youtube) but another interesting thing i learned from this video is theoretically iframe could be used to embed any website it doesn't just have to be youtube videos this would be useful for other video sharing sites where embed currently is not possible however upon trying this i found that it does not work here on spacehey the url will be stripped from the code doesn't matter what you do unfortunately i have no answers on how to solve this and i kinda get it it's a security thing if any site can be embedded on say someones profile they easily could embed a malicious website (although we are warned that they could do malicious things with their code in the first place before we enter onto someones page) still would have been a cool work around guess back to the drawing board on several things cuz all i got out of this is that iframe could be a useful tool if it's potential wasn't being denied and that i can resize and and add borders to youtube videos honestly feeling kinda let down with this one
