sometimes when I fell excited for something i just I just rub my hands aggressively

also when i hear music I start dancing

is it bc my adhd?

am i weird?

that could definitely be an adhd thing!! i have adhd too and i sometimes start rubbing my hands together when im excited XD -🍂
