Is gamecube retro now? (not clickbait)

Messing around with EMUs is fun. Finding all types of games I use to play and have never played. But I just ran into a game I had completely forgotten about. Nascar 2005, chase for the cup XD. You probably can't tell from my page but I was raised in the south and use to be an advent fan of Nascar (my favorite drivers were Carl Edwards and Kyle Bush) and I just stumbled upon this gem while rom searching. Can't wait to see if this game holds up.
