New Crush?

There's this person that I think I'm starting to like, she's really pretty and blonde and wonderful. She laughs at all the same things I do, her family is even more messed up than mine and it feels nice to know that. They are so funny and his laugh is the cutest and most wondering thing ever. We're hanging out on Thursday and I can't decide if I should tell him I like him...idk. Advice maybe?
