Why iz it that i only get gud at something when i haven’t done it in months >:/
i picked up my bass 4 tha first time in like a month or so nd i sounded SOOO much better than i usually do? what type of sorcery??
as a matter of fact, i just fully learned 3 songs that i’ve been struggling to complete ALL IN 1 DAY :0
not that i’m complaining or w/e, but where was this energy when i was bustin my chops tryna learn them last month >:(
(the songs in question are In Bloom by Nirvana, Dracula by Gorillaz, nd Dance Dance by FOB)

thats so cool i play bass too haha! yeah i found that too when i was drawing these medeival weapons at my art classes, then we had to go into lockdown for like months. top half of the page was before the lockdown, bottom half was after. and the bottom half looked way better than the top and believe it or not i didnt even touch a pencil or paintbrush during that lockdown, just a pure break from everything. i think its the rest that helps but idk i dont get it either bahahaha but hey good on u and keep it up!!!!
