i usually buy them at hot topic ,, spenzerz,, ebay, shein , mercari or etsy,, therez alot more websitez that sell emo clothing but those r the stores i mostly shop at

thrifting/secondhand is always good, other recs would depend on where you live. basics like skinny jeans and black tshirts can be found in most shops and DIYed to look more emo. Jewellery can be made (especially things like kandi), belts are best thrifted (but you gotta be a little lucky, I found a cool bullet belt at a car boot sale) (car boot sales and flea markets are your friend in general)
