Tales from the cafe - The Lovers

I read the third story of TFTC in one sitting today. This chapter was alot different to the previous  stories (from either book), instead of a character travelling back in time, the whole story was about Kurata who had travelled from the past into the present. It was difficult for me to wrap my head around at first but it was a really good story. He had recently been diagnosed with a form of Leukemia and wanted to travel into the future to see his fiancé . He wanted to know if she (Asami) was either happily remarried or still mourning after two years of his passing. There was yet another reoccurrence from Fumiko AND Goro who are now married which makes me very happy. I'd love to see a reoccurrence from more characters from the first edition to this series. Each of the stories so far has been revealing more and more about the woman in the white dress and Kazu, I'm looking forward to hopefully having an entire story deicated to Kazu and her parents in the next book. Sidenote : Miki is so adorable lol
