Tales from the cafe - Mother and Son

Today I finished the second story of TFTC, it was very sad. It’s about a son who was unable to attend his mothers funeral and unaware she was dying from cancer. This story specifically was special to me because the mother didn’t want to tell the son to make him stressed or upset. Similar to something that has happened in my own life. The story was written wonderfully and i enjoyed the time they spent together when he traveled back in time. It is once again confirmed that the woman in the dress is Kazu’s mum. As sad as that it, it makes me happy knowing my two favourite characters have been related this whole time. I hope to learn more about Kazu’s past and family, hopefully in the next two stories or the third edition of BTCGC :)
