Lucid Dreaming

So apparently, I've been lucid dreaming for the past 3 months and didn't even realize it until recently. Which made me decide to keep a dream journal. I also have a audio log for those crazy dreams that wake me up in the middle of night. Doing this has helped me interrupt them afterwards.
