Dorothy Must Die is a young adult retelling of The Wizard of Oz by Danielle Paige. It's the first book in the Dorothy Must Die series and was published in 2014. In this retelling, Dorothy is a power-obsessed evil queen and another young girl from Kansas must stop her reign of terror before it's too late.
