hey cuties, i've been really struggling with my mental and

physical health lately( addiction being a big factor of both)

and i wanted to let you know that it's okay to take breaks.

i know many others struggle as well as i and i wanted to let

you know that i'm so proud of you

and that you'll always have a friend here :)
