Hetalins are basically just fans of Hetalia. Hetalia is an anime from 2008/9 (ongoing) about human personifications of countries (not coutryhuman ballls, real human personifications). There isn't a real "plot" to Hetalia, just 5 minute episodes of the countries doing random stuff. Hetalia is a STEREOTYPICAL representation of countries. The personalities aren't meant to be taken seriously, like how America (Human name: Alfred F. Jones) is constantly eating junk food (hamburgers/soda). It's still incredibly funny and a great anime if you don't get offended by these stereotypes of countries :)
You can watch all seasons + movie on Funimation, and all seasons (except season 1 and movie I think) on Tubi. I personally use websites like animefreak (3rd party sites like kissanime, no it's not illegal to view, only to download) myself.
Here are the seasons in order + the movie since the seasons have different names:
- Hetalia: Axis Powers (Seasons 1 and 2)
- Hetalia the Movie: Axis Powers: Paint it White!
- Hetalia: World Series (Seasons 3 and 4)
- Hetalia: The Beautiful World (Season 5)
- Hetalia: The World Twinkle (Season 6)
- Hetalia: World Stars (Seaon 7)
