I just had sleep paralysis and now I'm afraid to sleep again. I'm feeling uneasy. It felt like I was trapped in my own body. I was still conscious but I couldn't move. This has happened to me before but the last time it happened I felt someone raising my leg and whispering my name in my ear over and over again. It was a strange hallucination. It wasn't a visual one but I could feel and hear it. I was unable to move my body back then too but I fought it off with imagining a white light surrounding me. It worked the last time so I did it again and it worked! I know that I can fight it off when it happens and it's not harmful but I'm still scared. It was a scary experience to say the least and now I can't sleep.

I got sleep paralysis once. I was sleeping face down and I could hear voices whispering and I could feel something moving around my room. It was freaky af.
Luckily it hasn't happened since. I think it's super rare unless you're one of those people who get it regularly. So rest assured.

Yeah it was kinda traumatic and idk what caused it. Also there's nothing to be sorry about. If I didn't want someone to comment on it I wouldn't have posted it here. So no worries :)
