wieiad

been trying to fix my eating habits lol


but now i usually

weekdays (i usually need more energy lol)

 1. skip breakfast

 2. eat lunch sparingly but mostly normal

 3. have one mini snack

 4. maybe a snack for dinner but i usually skip

 (and water throughout the day (or diet mtn dew bc 0 cals xd))


on weekends

 1. skip breakfast

 2. eat lunch late and very small usually just like low cal foods

 3. maybe a very small dinner but usually never

 4. no snacks

(water throughout the day)


my fav ways to eat throughout is


 1. no breakfast but maybe a small cup of coffee

 2. lunch is maybe sum toast or an apple and sum oranges

 3. maybe sum toast but usually nothing

 4. maybe a small snack like sum yogurt

(i like to have herbalife lemon raspberry tea bc its only 20 cals and its a lot of drink very low cal i love how it tastes too btu kinda expensive)


absolutely delicious and very filling! <3
