Start a new paragraph when:
The "camera" moves
A new character shows up
Someone speaks
Someone else speaks
A new idea/topic/subject is introduced
Time moves forward or backward (i.e, a time skip or a flash back)
Setting change
Mood shift
For dramatic effect
POV changes
