personally idc! it's not hurting anyone and i think most neopronoun users are aware that their teachers and managers won't refer to them as wolfself and whatever, and thta its more so a personal thing with close friends and such. i use them, but irl i just use they/she because i understand that neos can be confusing. furthermore i personally think only nd ppl should use them, but, once again, idrc if it doesnt hurt anyone. :P

i dont really think it matters. its not gonna kill me to call someone catself. i think most peoples issue is with being too scared to indulge in cringe rather than actually thinking theyre invalid. theyre not actually hurting anyone, people just think its cringe, and sure, maybe it is, but we're on mother fuckin myspace, cope lol

theres no such thing as respecting someone if they dont get the basics of neopronouns/pronouns. using THOSE kind of pronouns r a mockery and they sound stupid. personally if i meet a person w fake neopronouns that are a mockery i would tell them that im not gonna reffer to them as anything only as their name. period.

No one is sexualizing cats, there are talking about the coincidental fact that "KITTEN" is a sexual term in power dynamic BDSM relationships and that this coincidence is in fact uncomfortable.

I find it kinda weird (especially kitten/kittenself, I'm uncomfortable calling any1 that esp under 12 or over 18) and I struggle using neos correctly bc english isn't my first language (also I don't know if you'd want me calling you khatooli/khatooliself) I try to be respectful though and these ppl usually have other pronouns I can use (I'd use xe/xem or smth like that on others, although I can barely grasp ragular english, let alone different pronouns) tbh those types of neopronouns pretty much only exist online

being LGBTQ is not an trend but the mew/nya shit is. i am not gonna call you guys pupself. theres no way that not being called kittenself is causing some sort of mental anguish like misgendering is since 1. kitten isnt a gender, its basically just a nickname. it makes more sense to refer to you as your name only and no pronoun. if you find a problem with me not calling you lord/lordself please just dont talk to me. not to be a dick for the sake of being a dick, dont get me wrong, but its absolutely ridiculous and USUALLY people who go by that are either 12 or ACTUALLY are chronically online and think the phrase touch grass is ablest. you may be an outlier but its a pretty accurate red flag at this point. now xe/ze/zem are more realistic and usable because they sound like pronouns at least but still serves the same purpose as they/them which makes it kinda redundant in itself so i dont really see the need. im not saying you cant use them, im saying its unnecessary and you're "doing too much" as some might say and i think that single sentence encapsulates my opinion perfectly

Of course there are exceptions, for example biological transgender, and intersex individuals do exist, but even for trans individuals, most can be divided between male and female.
