First, let me say that I do not recommend trying the following methods on a phone that contains important data.
The best performing emulator for Android is ExaGear windows emulator, which can run 32-bit EXEs. Let's go through the 6 steps to launch it.
Step 1 Download the APK
It is not currently available for sale, so please search for "ExaGear Android APK" and download at your own risk from unauthorized app stores.
Step 2 Download the obb file.
At this point, you still cannot launch it.
Search for "main.30.com.eltechs.ed.obb" and download the file with the same name at your own risk.
Step 3 Move the obb file
Move the obb file you just downloaded to the location specified.
First, open the "Android" folder in your phone's "Internal Storage". Add a folder there named "obb" (use it if you already have one), create a folder "com.eltechs.ed" in it, and move the obb file into it.
The hierarchical diagram should look like this

Step 4 Launch
Start the application and the installation will begin. (If you see "Falied to find exagear imag try to reinstall apprication", the location of the obb file is wrong.)
After the installation is finished, press the following buttons in the following order ☰→"Manage Containers"→+→︙→Run explore
Then a Windows 95-like screen will start up.
You can change the number of bits and the size of the screen as you like from the properties.
Step 5 Speed Up
The FPS number is low and stressful to play games in the initial state. Search for "ExaGear FPS up" and get some graphics patches at your own risk.
But the FPS is still low, the quickest way to get the FPS up to max is to overclock your Android." Search for "How to overclock on Android" and do it your way. (At your own risk, of course.)
Step 6 Operate the keyboard.
No matter how high the FPS is, it is useless if you cannot operate it.
Use a bluetooth keyboard or this application to operate the EXE.
