writers block

is it possible to even have writers block for 4 fucking years? im trying to publish a short story but i cant seem to write about anything. i wanna write smth psychological thriller-ish; smth tht'll keep u up at night but i cant fucking think of anything lmao. do suggest wiriting prompts cuz i very much need it :")
