diet!!

Pretty much stay away from anything made with sugar and/or flour and has starch cause those typically have the most calories. I lost a bit of weight when I ate pasta, rice, and potatoes much less often and baked sweets less often. You can still eat meat and a bit of vegetables without worrying about it.
