It isn't everyday that an original style webpage is brought back from the dead but here we are. Myspace was the start of it all really and it's back just not with much of a following at all. People have moved on but to us OGs we still remember and dig the nostalgia trip of being here.

Myspace was like Geocities 2.0
there were a few social sites before myspace but i dont remember Geocities having friend's lists and bulletins and DMs. I had a couple amateur webpages i hosted on Geocities though.

yeah that's true, but I was referring mostly to the concept of a hosting site providing people the opportunity to create their own web pages without having to register their own domain name, find a hosting service, do all the coding themselves ...
Back in the day I did refer to myspace as geocities 2.0 (btw, I never used either of them myself) and wondering aloud, what will geocities 3.0 look like? And then we saw: twitter and facebook mostly.
So now the question is, what will geocities 4.0 look like?
