Things You Can Do To Stay Clean And Healthy

This doesn't just apply to folks with substance abuse problems like I had.

Beer:

Sub out the beer with either a non-alcoholic option OR seltzer water of some kind.  I drink pretty much sparkling water exclusively or N/A beer if it's available.  Liquid Death is a great option.

Work Out:

Do an hour a day in sub-sets but ALWAYS do cardio.  Even if you don't want to.  Just do it.

Food:

Cook at home.  Figure out your meals for the week and their respective portions and do so at home.  At your meal's core, you should be having a grain, a meat, and a vegetable.  In other words, if you're having pasta, you don't need that roll.  it's one or the other.
