Where is there no day?

I recently saw a time lapse of the arctic circle. I'm supposed to be in my "coding for beginners" class but apparently our planet is round and the sun never sets for about 76 days a year. Where can I find the opposite? I want to live in the darkest city. Never see the sun. Possibly underground. Any governments have a secret underground city building project and need a bartender, toilet cleaner or egg cooker because I am available.
