Taking a break of Facebook and Instagram is Liberating.

So, Los Angeles specifically the metal scene, has an obsession with clout chasing and/or spreading rumors.  By no means am I a perfect person WHATSOEVER.  I've done my fair share in my lifetime.  So here I am, happily sober from alcohol trying to just exist and do my music and I hear about these idiots just talking about me and spreading rumors or whatever.  SO, you can't talk about anyone if that person isn't around right?  So, I logged out of FB and IG and let me tell you, that is sooooo liberating to just be away from that toxicity.  Been a couple of days and I tell you ignorance is bliss.  Try it sometime and thank me later.
