Minecraft server ? (This derails into me rambling about something else real fast)

Possibly a silly idea, might've already been done, and probably wouldn't go too far, or be too active, but I wonder if a spacehey minecraft server would work out.

I know of only a few people that are really into minecraft here, I'm not sure how many of them play java, and I'm not sure how many of them would really be active on there, but I think it'd be nice! just a little place to hang out, making a little small town, close knit, y'know?

Most servers tend to branch out, smp's specifically, everyone makes a house or base super far away, but I'd LOVE a server where everyone has a house near each other, with pathways, railroads, etc, etc. 

I think it'd be cozy, the problem would be if people tried stealing resources, which would be rude! It's a server, you gain nothing if you do something bad, really, as much as I don't see the point in why someone would do that, I know people still do.

To counter this, there could just generally be community chests with free resources, but I'm thinking too deep into this, a server happening isn't even something I think would thrive to well, either way, I'm going to ramble about this for longer than I should because that's what I do best!!

So imagine this, a small minecraft server, vanilla, everyone sticks together and starts gathering resources, rambling about silly topics, bonding, all that cute new server stuff, everyone picks a set location near spawn, houses are built, roads are built! People build tiny markets at some point, maybe selling special items, even just for silly bits or silly lore reasons.. People start having fun with books! Writing things, writing what's going on, maybe making characters in the server, having silly fights, stupid little arguments that are all in good fun, stuff like that!!

And then, you take it slightly further, people start making mega bases, still close to spawn.. But they start expanding! Railroads are more common to access things further away, maybe the railroad systems can also have a bit of a refined look, maybe there are stations! And maybe, just maybe, things start expanding outside of vanilla..

Custom textures! Using optifine, of course, using custom textures by renaming items, good for bits, good for lore if it goes that route, both using downloadable packs, or even by making custom textures that can be done by people.. And a texture pack can be updated so people can download it again so funky custom items work!! (I'm derailing this very fast, at this point I'm just rambling about the ideal minecraft server in my head) 

Maybe, eventually, mods are added into the mix, vanilla quality of life ones, and cute ones!! Such as food related ones, adding new mobs that don't stray too far from the vanilla experience, stuff like that! I think that'd be so nice, cozy, calm, stuff like that y'know!!

I think I just miss having a server I can join everyday, do my own thing but also occasionally chat with people.

I'm scared of big servers! In general, both discord and minecraft, meeting new people is jarring, although it's something I really wanna do. 

The whole, process of talking to someone for the first time is strange, like yeah, hello! How have you been doing! Yeah! Awesome, that's, bad! I don't like that, I like when people talk to me, I do! But servers are so much easier to use as a way to meet new people, you just talk about things, you don't specifically have to introduce yourself, I don't want to be awkward and tell you about myself, I want you to figure out who I am by spending time with me!!!!! I want to go fucking feral and unhinged and talk about random shit I like because YOU like that shit too!!!!! I wanna cuss!! I wanna talk abt games!!! I wanna TALK IN ALL CAPS because i'm EXCITED!!! AND BECAUSE YOU'RE EXCITED!!! CAUSE WE'RE BOTH INSANE AND OVERLY OBSESSED WITH A SILLY GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR SILLY CHARACTERS!!!! oh my GOD silly characters.. I want to make silly characters with you!! I want you to talk about your ocs!! I want to MAKE ocs with you!! I want to just have little stupid critters we can make interact.. I want to make silly stories with you!!!! YKNOW!!!???????? god I am going WILD right now!!!!!! this is NOT the way I should present myself....... OK.. okay, lua persona on again, time to write like someone who doesn't get excited over moss growing in my garden. Ahem.

Well this strayed from minecraft, I just really need more friends, I wish there was a better way of communication on this site, I'm way too nervous to go out of my way to talk to people, I'm sorry if I don't reply often!! I'm sorry if I don't always start conversations, I do not want to bother you, and I am often scared of saying something that might not land too well!

I think this is starting to get a bit long, I LOVE doing this though, watch as I progressively get more and more informal as these blog entries go by!!

Either way, I love rambling to the void, it's fun to let my thoughts out, I get why people do this so much, it's fun, feels good!!
