Merit Based Inclusivity

Hi, I include everyone based on who they are not what they look like.  Are you a good person? A nice person? Do you work well in a team? Do you respect others? Do you work well with other women if you are a woman or men if you are a man?  How about opposite sex - if you are a man do you work well with women and vice versa? Do you have personality disorders - if so, what are you doing to mitigate and normalize them? Do you help your community, friends and others? Do you try to unnecessarily control or police others? Are you kind to animals, kids, elderly people and others?  Are you fun to be around or always a drag, bringing up doom and gloom all the time? I'm more worried about all these things than the person's politics etc.
