My Mental Health

My current pdoc has diagnosed me with schizophrenia. Before that I had a diagnosis of schizotypal and ocd. I went off my meds for awhile this previous year. The side effects of the medication bothered me, but it was worse off of it. Frankly it became hell. I had to get back on. I've thought about talking to my psychiatrist and finding something else that works, but for now I'm nervous about messing with it. Maybe when I feel more stable. Maybe that will be never.
