How do I come out as GenderFluid/Bisexual??

I am Genderfluid, meaning I don't rlly have a gender, I just sometimes want to be feminine or sometimes masculine, I am also Bisexual btw. Honestly, idk how or if I want to come out to my parents about this, because I know they are Christian and they make jokes about gay ppl a bit (not a ton but just a little bit). I don't know if I want to be funny and do a google presentation, like those videos I've seen on TikTok (apparently some of them worked, probably because the presentations had comedy in it idk), Or have a sit down on the couch with them both and talk about it one on one, I don't want the energy in the room to be like, awkward, i like the idea of a presentation, some take it as a joke, but if you actually fill it with things that make sense and your guardian or parent can understand on why you are gay/a gender. But I honestly don't know what to do in this situation, I don't want my parents to hate me (my parents are amazing btw I'm not saying they are terrible), but i need to ask people who have come out to your parents/guardians, what did you do for them to except you??
